Planner is where the dates turn into an actual schedule (you may remember it as Itinerary). It gives you three ways to work: a List of day cards, a Calendar grid, and an Overview for the big picture. Add items, pin them on the map, decide who's going, and attach notes. During Gathering it stays empty until the organiser confirms the dates.


List gives you collapsible day cards: add, edit, and reorder items, drag them across days, toggle a per-day map, rename days, and collapse the free ones. Calendar lays the trip over a month grid with event chips and stay tint-bars. Overview pulls it all together with a Trip Grid of every day, a Day Board for dragging activities around, and a Route Map of your stays and transport.


Every item has a time and duration, an optional location pinned on the map, an optional "Who's going" picker (leave it empty and it means everyone), and attached notes. Stays are first-class: a check-in to check-out window with a title, location, and optional per-person price and photo. Build a stay from an accepted accommodation proposal or add a custom one.
