A quick tour of the main features, from first idea to memory book.
Your first-run setup. Sign up, then a short wizard walks you through language, the basics, and meeting your Globe Companion. Everything's editable later, so just get going.
My Space is your home screen: a customizable grid of widgets that adapts to where you are. New, planning, on a trip, or between adventures, it shows exactly what's next.
Start a new trip in seconds or hop into someone else's with a code. The Add-a-Trip panel has Create and Join tabs, so you're covered whether you're the organiser or a guest.
Every trip moves through four phases, shown as a stepper on the Overview tab. Each phase focuses you on the right work, from gathering people to wrapping up memories.
The Participants tab manages your crew. Add people from Friends, invite a whole saved group at once, or share an invite link and code that opens a join page with a trip preview.
Your personal corner of the planning phase. Paint the days you're free, set a budget cap, flag dietary needs, and note access requirements, all sitting right next to the group's combined picture.
The group's decision hub. Anyone posts ideas (stays, places, activities, restaurants, and more), then you vote thumbs up or down, comment, and run polls to settle the close calls.
The trip's day-by-day schedule. Build it in List, Calendar, or Overview view, drag items across days, and slot in places, activities, restaurants, transport, and stays, each with times and locations.
Turn any trip's schedule into a public, read-only template. Share a short link, and anyone can preview the plan. Signed-in viewers can import the whole thing into a trip of their own.
A real group chat that knows your trip. Send text, GIFs, photos, and documents, share live or pinned locations, react and quote-reply, and @mention people or proposals to keep everyone moving.
A shared, real-time editor for your trip. Co-edit live with colored author rails, add headings, lists, checklists, and images, then organise with color labels, pinning, search, and sort.
The group's shared task list. Add tasks with assignees and due dates, watch them sort into urgency bands, and track progress with a completion ring, filters, search, and per-person views.
Log shared spending, split it your way, and settle up. Globe tracks who paid, who owes, and collapses every debt down to the fewest transfers so nobody does mental math.
One hub for tickets and paperwork. Upload images or PDFs, sort them into categories, link them to Planner activities, and save them for offline so they open in airplane mode.
One shared album for the whole crew. Upload many shots at once, double-tap to like, sort and filter the gallery, and open any photo full-screen to swipe, download, or delete.
When a trip completes, Globe builds a cinematic look-back: a cover hero, a stats strip, unlocked achievements, favourite moments and pictures, an expenses recap, a day-by-day rewind, and every member's review.
Your travel story on a world map. Every country you've visited gets tinted; tap one to drill into the cities, places, and trips behind it. Below, your trips group into now, upcoming, and the journey so far.
The home for your dreams: places you haven't been yet. A hero counts them and shows stats, plus one pinned top pick. Add a dream with a destination, photo, category, timeframe, and note, then start a trip or mark it visited.
Your travel circle. A stat strip shows friends, mutual trips, and countries visited together. Add by email or @username, build reusable Friend Groups, and open a profile to see their history, dreams, and what you have In Common.
Your travel identity on Globe. A gradient passport card with your avatar, name, @username, home city, bio, and travel-style chips, plus travel stats and a world map of where you've been.
Tune Globe to fit you. Light or dark theme, week-start preference, ten notification toggles split across push and in-app, password and security, privacy and language, plus sign out and delete account.
Two ways to upgrade. A one-time Trip Pass unlocks a single trip for everyone on it with much higher caps. Globe Pro is a personal subscription that raises caps across every trip you're on.
Stay in the loop without the nagging. A bell opens the in-app Notifications panel grouped by trip, a Message Center summarises unread chats, and push covers messages, mentions, trip updates, and reminders.
How to permanently delete your Globe account. A clear three-step wizard shows what's removed, checks it's really you, and asks you to confirm before anything is erased.
Globe keeps working without a connection. It switches to read-only and serves the last data it saw, so you can still view your schedule, saved documents, and expenses. Write actions pause until you're back online.
A friendly floating help button on most screens. Tap it for a quick explainer of where you are, 'good to know' tips, and one-tap quick actions, plus a place to report a problem or send feedback.
