Per-activity details
- Time & durationSet a start time and a duration. Activities without a time go in a 'Daytime' bucket at the top.
- LocationPin a location on the map — Globe shows the day's stops as a route on the trip map.
- Who's goingTag specific members. Untagged means everyone.
- Tickets & notesAttach a PDF ticket, a confirmation email, or just a note. They live with the activity, not buried in a documents folder.

Convert from proposals
