Add a task, assign it, date it
Give a task a title and you're set. Assign it to one or more members and each assignee gets their own check-off subtask, so shared jobs track everyone's part. Add an optional due date when it actually matters.
The board keeps the order
Tasks group into urgency bands: Overdue, This week, Later, No date, and Completed, which stays collapsed. A summary card up top shows a completion ring and per-person progress, so you can see at a glance where things stand.

Offline and archived trips
Writes pause when you're offline or the trip is archived. You can still read the list, and your changes just wait until you're back online on an active trip.

- Assign a task to several people when it's a shared job, and everyone gets their own subtask to tick.
- Tap an avatar to check one person's load before piling more on them.
